[Cats] stuff

My mother told me it was so they could keep from getting into a place they couldn't get out of and would get stuck in. That really sounds like a old wives tale to me, but that's what she said. <g>

My only news is that I've been enjoying relatively good health, as has Gale. We had a new little girl for over a month but she kept everyone in the house terrified and fought them all on a daily basis, so we had to take her back. Now, we have a new little 6-month old boy named Sunny. He's an orange tabby and everyone likes him - kind of. They would like him better if he didn't keep jumping on them. They know he's a baby so they just tolerate his antics. He dearly loves to be held and he now has a couple of naps per night on top of me. He sleeps well - I don't. He is a sweetie, though. Taz just had his 6-month eye check at the opthamologist's. He came though just fine and the spot on his right eye hasn't enlarged. He will now be monitored by our regular vet and have his lymph nodes checked annually.

Charlie is just fine. He is currently enamored with my bathroom sick. He wants to drink out of it, play in the water and take his naps in it, without water, of course.

Dulce is still a kitten at heart and plays with Sunny till he gets those needle sharp teeth working too well. Then she is outta there.

We've had a good summer!
