[Cats] Saturday's trivia of the day

I have read that in some cases, the cat is deaf on the side with the
blue eye. And I agree, not all white cats with blue eyes go deaf - we
had Billy, who I nick-named Ol' Blue-eyes (nodding to Sinatra) and he
was not deaf. However, he died at about 2 1/2 from FeLV; if he had
lived, perhaps the deafness would have developed. Does it exhibit
from birth, or come later?

Anna and the 2 purrgirls, who had to clean up an unexpected breakage
just now so kitty feet wouldn't get hurt on shards of pottery...
