[Cats] Tuesday's trivia question & new kitties story.....

Sorry to say, but from stories I've heard from people, I think it's  purring. 
But, I believe that  purring is due to other nicer emotions also.  Peppy with 
three (5 month old) house kittens, one of which, when lying with  stretched 
back legs and forelegs measures 31" from front toes to back  toes.
 
Their feral dad (Daddy Jack) is quite a cat. He is BIG. Reminds us of a  
dog!!! But, that's not all, Mysty the FERAL mom cat (Mysty for mystery-cat) had  5 
more kittens about three weeks ago and now living in the wood pile! Three  
white, one black, and one gray.
 
The feral dad comes around with little "gurgley" sounds and nose kisses his  
inside kitties through the screen door, and as a reminder of who he is as well 
 as to let others know that this kingdom is his, he sprays a bit.
 
Haven't been able to write for a while. Have sickness in the family and  very 
busy with all the extended kitty family. Glad to know you are all there.  All
