Well, my first answer would be: the same way you'd breed any cat - a male and a female.

However, as the proud mother of a Tortie, who is calico in front and tortie from front shoulders back, I know her father was a beautiful big orange boy named Oleo and her mother was a black and white gal named Dottie.

It worked for her!
