Our furbabiesz have their own cemetery out on the hill at the back of our yard, inside the fence.  Each one has its own marble stone with name and birth/death years on it.  I get them from a mail order catalog for $19.95 + S/H.

Julie MomCat, treasuring our furkidsz loving and lovely memories. . .

Bette,
No it's not silly.  Our fur kids are precious to us.  When Obadiah passed away in October it was so very hard to know I had to let him go.  I could not fix things.

We have 13 purr people at the moment and each one has their own grip on our heart.  We have 2 acres so we can bury our little guys here.  Actually in our county they will still allow you to bury family on the property.  I don't think we will be doing that but it is interesting that they will still allow it.

We have lots of snow here.  My hubby has been outside for about 2 hours blowing/shoveling snow.  He's from MI so he is loving this weather.  Strange man...  We have about 10" of snow.  It's really very pretty.
