[Cats] Spraying

Don't know if this would work since all my fuzzers are female, but at one time I had a problem with Sari urinating on the dog bed. Poor Chloe couldn't find any place that she could sleep that Sari didn't urinate on that spot! The vet gave me some sedative pills of some kind to give her and after a few days of the urinating habit being interrupted I was able to discontinue the pills and never had any more problem. Don't remember just what the pills were since it's been over 7 years ago that this happened but do remember that the object was to keep her so sleepy that she forgot all about what ever point she was trying to make (suspect it was marking territory, though, the same as with spraying). The vet thought it might take a month, at the very least, but after about 1-1/2 weeks she was fine.
Hope this helps.

I have a hard time with the spraying, too. These guys are walking past furniture and doors doing it. I keep a spray bottle of vinegar water to spray after
them...and spray them if I catch them doing it...but it doesn't stop it. If I can
just find a home for Lili, the rescue Lab in the back yard, I'm thinking of
getting a storage building with windows and making it a cat house. Of
course for the three or four who don't get along, may have to have more than
one.

Knock wood, Linda, so far I've not had any spraying. I'm afraid I'd have
a really hard time with that. I do contend with constant squabbling.
Sunni insists on attacking both Dulce and Charlie and Taz, who has always
wished he could be top cat, usually runs up to help Sunni out. Believe me,
Sunni needs no help and I get livid when they double team one of the Coons!
Oh, for a peaceful house again!
